Returns & Exchanges

At Gioia, every piece is crafted with care and inspected thoroughly before it reaches you. However, if your order isn’t quite what you expected, we’ll be happy to assist you with a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

 

Domestic Orders (Within India)

Eligibility:  Returns and exchanges are available only for customers within India.

Return Period: Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused and returned in their original condition, with all tags, labels, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, and packaging intact. Any complimentary items received must also be included.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Inspection: All returned items will undergo a quality check upon receipt. Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be declined.

How to Initiate a Return

 

1. Request a Return: Please email us at customercare@gioia.in within 7 days of delivery to initiate your return.
   -If you received your item as a gift, the original purchaser must initiate the process.
2. Receive instructions: Our team will respond with the next steps and any additional details required.
3. Collection: Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary pickup from your original shipping address. 
4. Confirmation: You will receive an email once your return has been received and inspected. 
5. Refund or Exchanges:
   
   

• Approved returns will be refunded within 3 working days to the original payment method.
• If a return does not meet our conditions, we will ship the product back to you.

 

International Orders 

At this time, international orders are not eligible for return or exchange. We appreciate your understanding.

Collections and Misplacements 

 

If an order is cancelled or misplaced due to an error on our part, your full order amount will be refunded.
