What Our Warranty Covers

 

Our warranty covers:

• Stitching or edge-paint defects
• Hardware malfunction (zippers, clasps, buckles)
• Lining separation or faulty construction
• Any defect arising from the craftsmanship or material integrity

If your Gioia piece experiences any of the above, we'll be happy to repair or restore it, ensuring it continues to age beautifully with time.

 

What's Not Covered

 

Our warranty does not cover:

• Natural wear and tear that occurs with use
• Changes in leather texture or colour due to age or exposure
• Accidental damage, stains, or misuse
• Improper storage (such as hanging bags or exposure to humidity)
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations

How to Request a Repair

 

If you believe your item requires repair under warranty, please reach out customercare@gioia.in with the following details:

 

• Order number or proof of purchase
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the affected area

 

Our team will assess your request and guide you on the next steps. In most cases, we offer repairs free of charge for craftsmanship issues. For other damage types, we’ll share a transparent quotation before proceeding.

 

Turnaround Time

 

Repairs typically take 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity and availability of components. We'll keep you informed throughout the process — from receipt to restoration.

 

A Note on Care 

While  we stand by every Gioia creation, proper care ensures it stays by yours side for years to come. We recommend  storing your piece in its dust bag, away from direct sunlight or moisture, and avoiding contact with cosmetics, oils, or coloured materials.
