If your bag requires repair, please write to customercare@gioia.in with your order details and images of the issue. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

• Please do not scratch or rub the product against abrasive surfaces.
• Avoid exposure to sunlight, humidity, or any source of heat for long periods.
• Keep it away from greasy substances, cosmetics, or coloured products.
• In case it gets wet, wipe it with a soft, light-coloured cloth.
• Do not use soap, chemicals, or cleaners to remove stains or dirt
• Rest the bag on its base rather than hanging it, as it may stretch the handles.

Domestic Orders (within India) :

• Shipping : We offer express free shipping on all products within India. Your order is expected to be delivered within 5-7 working days after dispatch.
• Returns : Returns are free within India. Please inform us within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return a product. The item must be unused, with all tags and packaging intact, for us to process an exchange or refund.
